Women in Football Annual Impact Report 2025-26
The story of our year: Women in Football's 2025–26 Annual Impact Report

Women in Football’s latest Annual Impact Report is now available to read, covering the organisation’s activities from June 2025 to May 2026.

This year's release holds a special significance as we look ahead to the landmark 20th anniversary of Women in Football, reflecting on two decades of championing female talent across the industry, challenging discrimination and sharing professional expertise.

Using an interactive multimedia format, the report summarises WIF’s work, advocacy, lobbying and impact across the period.

The Annual Impact Report uses infographics, images, and video alongside text to tell the Women in Football story from the 2025–26 period, with an intuitive navigation that allows you to zoom in on areas like events, campaigns, and programmes according to your interests.

The report illustrates how our growing community has benefited from being part of the WIF network, through career development, bespoke leadership programmes, and unmatched networking opportunities.

We also take an in-depth look at the partnerships we’ve built and extended with other organisations during 2025–26, detailing the difference these have made and how these organisations themselves have become stronger and more gender-inclusive employers in the process.

Alongside a retrospective look over the past year, this edition features updates from our EEDI Advisory Group and Membership Committee, who are ensuring WIF's ongoing initiatives remain deeply supportive of women from all backgrounds.

Check out the Annual Impact Report here and help us celebrate 20 years of change by sharing it with your professional network, friends or family.
