Women in Football’s latest Annual Impact Report is available now and free to read, covering the organisation’s activities from June 2024 to May 2025.

Using an interactive multimedia format, the report summarises WIF’s work and impact across the period, with a focus on particular highlights like the 2025 Be Inspired Conference and our annual survey results.

The Annual Impact Report uses infographics, images and video alongside text to tell the Women in Football story from the 2024-25 period, with a navigation that allows you to zoom in on areas like events, campaigns and programmes according to your interests.

The report illustrates how our 12,000 members have benefited from being part of the WIF community, through career development resources, bespoke programmes and networking opportunities.

We also take an in-depth look at the partnerships we’ve built and extended with other organisations during 2024-25, detailing the real difference these have made and how WIF’s partner organisations themselves have become stronger and more gender-inclusive employers in the process.

And this year there’s a special focus on our new EEDI Advisory Group and an introduction to its members, who’ll be making sure the work of WIF is supportive of women from all backgrounds.
