We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Membership Committee – and to invite you to join it!

Are you passionate about advancing the interests of women in football? Would you like to help WIF be the best member-centric organisation we can be? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

We're looking for passionate people who are committed to representing WIF and helping us expand our membership base. As a committee member, you'll have the chance to inform our membership strategy for 2025 and beyond, develop valuable networks within the industry, and ensure that WIF membership remains relevant and meaningful. A maximum of 8 WIF members will join WIF team and board representatives on the committee which will meet virtually every two months. We aim to have representation from all corners of our community: women working in football, grassroots volunteers, people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, of all ages, with disabilities, from the LGBTQ+ community, and male and non-binary allies, as well as our global members - we will endeavour to represent as many of our members as we can. Your perspective and input are invaluable as we strive to create a more inclusive footballing community.

A key element of this committee is the active involvement of our members in growing our community. As part of the Membership Committee, you'll have the opportunity to use your networks to help us to expand our reach and impact. How to apply

The application process is in two stages. First we'll need you to complete a form online. The form contains a few questions designed to gauge your passion for Women in Football, your strategic thinking abilities, and your commitment to our mission.

Then we'd like you to send us a one to two-minute video in which you answer the question "Why should we select you as one of our Membership Committee members?"

Our deadline for receiving your application and video is midnight (UK time) on Sunday 14 April 2024.
