Join us for a special webinar with our Leadership Course alumnae celebrating the contribution that WIF has made to our members' development over the years

Ever thought about whether the WIF Leadership Course is for you? Join us for this special session to celebrate some of the graduates of the WIF Leadership Course, which is supported by Barclays, as they share their stories with you. Hear how their careers have evolved since completing the Leadership Course and join us in celebrating the contribution that WIF has made to its members and the wider footballing community since its inception.

Hosted by broadcaster and WIF Leadership Course graduate, Faye Carruthers
Faye is a freelance broadcaster and voiceover who hosts talkSPORT's flagship GameDay show and Women's Football Weekly on talkSPORT2. She is also talkSPORT’s England correspondent for the Euros. Faye also presents podcasts including Guardian Football Weekly and the Totally Football League Show and is a reporter for Soccer Saturday on Sky Sports. She's currently studying a Football Industries MBA at the University of Liverpool having been awarded a scholarship through Women in Football.

Faye will be leading a panel of former WIF Leadership Course graduates, including:

  • Danielle Gibson, Liverpool FC LFCW Strategic Transformation & Finance 
  • Kerry Downes,  Managing Director West Ham United Foundation 
  • Karen Dobres, Co-Director of Lewes FC Women and Lewes FC Men
  • Alison Speechly, Academy Coach 
  • Sarah Solémalé, FIFA Senior Manager

The session will be introduced by Tom Corbett, Head of Sponsorship and Media at Barclays, and closed by WIF Chair Ebru Köksal.
