Creating space for women to talk in football

Cassie Whittell from Women in Football will be guesting at ‘Creating Space for Women in Football' event

Women in Football's Events & Business Affairs Manager Cassie Whittell is part of an exciting panel event on Satirday 29 February that will be discussing what it means to be a woman in football, both now and in the future.

‘Creating Space for Women in Football’ sees Cassie join Abbie McCarthy (BBC Radio 1 and BBC Two #MOTDx Presenter) Kait Borsay (co-founder of The Offside Rule podcast and News & Sport broadcaster with ITN & The Telegraph) and Natasha Chahal (founder of Premier Lasses).

The guests will share their journey, experiences, challenges of equality and talk about what it means to be a woman in football.

Attendees will also have a chance to ask questions, learn more about the industry and map their own journey into working in football.

The event, at 3Space International House, Canterbury Cres, Brixton, London SW9 7QE, runs from 1:30 - 3:30pm. Tickets are priced at £7 Under-18s and £10 for everyone else, Click here to purchase your ticket.
