Claire Parnell from Onside Communications, who attended our first ever Level 2 course, said: “Women In Football’s Leadership Course Level 2 was both inspiring and empowering. From honing advanced negotiation skills and building confidence, to spending the day with a hugely talented and supportive group of fellow women in football, it was a hugely rewarding experience which I can already see has influenced how I approach business and leadership. I can’t recommend it more highly!”

The day is distilled to cover maximum learning and help women occupy executive positions in football by giving you the skills you need to help fulfil your leadership potential.

Topics covered include:

  • Confidence Building
  • Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
  • Advanced Negotiation
  • Financial Literacy
  • Managing a Club in Financial fair Play (FFP) Era
