Join us at the Women in Football Leadership Workshop

Women in Football have confirmed the second season of our innovative Leadership Workshops on Monday 5th June at Mishcon de Reya LLP, Africa House, London.

The course provides a fantastic opportunity for women to join together in a positive, professional environment with the purpose of providing both the tools and skills needed to help fulfil your leadership potential.

Are you an individual seeking personal transformation – whether by embarking on a transition into a new role or recognising that you require a more robust, informed approach to achieve the next major leap in responsibilities or career growth?

Perhaps you are a high performing, middle management executive working in a company where creativity, innovation and management are critical business drivers?

Maybe you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are working within an organisation to effect change?

Whatever your reason, this promises to be a perfect chance to meet with like-minded professional women to help accelerate the development of leaders within our industry and improve the representation of women in leadership.

The Workshop will be hosted by Ebru Koksal, a highly respected consultant in FIFA’s Development programme. Ebru is a mentor on FIFA's Female Leadership Development programme and the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme.

Ebru, former General Secretary of the Turkish Football Federation and recipient of the Executive of the Year Award 2011 by Stadium Business Awards, is also a graduate of Brown University, with a dual degree in Economics and International Relations.

She will be joined by other high profile speakers on the day.

The course is distilled to maximise learning during the day and will cover the following topics:

• Leadership defined: Great Leaders of our time
• Leadership styles – which one are you? Identify and leverage your strengths
• Decision-making
• Managing and influencing others
• Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Networking
• Time management
• Project management

Spaces are strictly limited. For full details and how to apply click here.
