Have you been inspired by a Woman in Football? Someone who you feel deserves to be recognised for their achievements? Now is the time that you can have your say by making a nomination for the Queen's Birthday list.

Honours are a way of rewarding hard work, recognising pioneering breakthroughs, exceptional talent and extraordinary achievements. This is our opportunity to help improve the diversity of Honours recipients from football.

The process of nominating someone is straight forward and we have a quick 'how-to' resource available here offering a user-friendly guide that contains all the information you need.

The closing date for nominations is 12th April 2017.

As a recognised stakeholder for the Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCMS), WiF help identify women in the football industry who have made an outstanding contribution in their area.

We would also like your feedback too, so if you have been inspired by a woman working in the football industry please share your views with us at info@womeninfootball.co.uk
