Leadership Course | Level 3-4

Women in Football believe in creating opportunities for women to develop careers in the football industry. Our Leadership Course offers the opportunity to develop your potential as an individual, enhance your personal skills and learn new ones in a positive, supportive environment. The courses are open to women who are already working, or aspire to work, in the football industry.

At levels 3 and 4, follow up with leadership in practice, personal branding, getting board-ready and planning your future. At level 3 we also undertake a psychometric profile and a 40-minute personal profile session. A minimum of 2-3 years management experience is required for level 3-4.

Following an incredible response to our hugely popular Women in Football Leadership Course , we are back with our first online course of 2023.

The online edition offers the same opportunities to develop your potential as an individual, enhance your skills and learn new ones as part of a mutually supportive group of peers – with all the comfort and convenience of participation through your laptop.

Friendly reminder: You do not need to complete levels 1-2 of the Women in Football Leadership Course to complete levels 3-4.
