Date and time: Tuesday 8 September 2026, 12:30–1:15pm
Hosted by: Cate Maiolini, Membership Manager at Women in Football
WIF round tables are small online group networking events which enable our members to chat freely with one another and lead the conversation in whatever way they like. They are a great forum just for getting to know some of your fellow WIF members. Places are limited per session. We'll be in touch after you submit the form to let you know the outcome of your application.
In this roundtable we will be exploring the recruitment process within the football industry: what our personal experiences have been, what is working well, what could be improved, and how recruitment can become more accessible, inclusive, and attractive for women. We also want to challenge assumptions and discuss what candidates genuinely want from employers, beyond simply securing a role. This is an opportunity to share experiences, identify common challenges, and generate practical ideas that clubs, governing bodies, and organisations can implement to create a better recruitment experience for everyone.
To join this event you must be a Women in Football member. Register here if you'd like to attend. If you are new to Women in Football, join us and become a member for free to gain access to our events programme.
If you get a place but then can't attend, please do let us know in advance so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
