Careers in Football | Kelly Simmons OBE

Ever wondered how to turn your passion for football into a full-time career? Or maybe you’re looking for that next big step up? Our Careers in Football webinar series is here to help you navigate the world of football.

These sessions will highlight the incredible range of roles in football, and the diverse women shaping the game today. The series will feature women from different career stages, from entry-level to C-suite, and offer 60 minutes of open talk, practical advice, and networking opportunities.

Our guest for April is women’s football specialist and sports consultant, Kelly Simmons OBE. Kelly is a world leader in football with over 30 year-experience at The FA. From 2018–2023, Kelly was the Director of the Women’s Professional Game for the FA in England, where she led the led the transformation of the women’s professional game in England into one the world’s leading domestic systems, including the transition of the Women’s Super League (WSL) into a fully professional league and securing record sponsorship and media deals.
