Women in Football Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays 2025

The Women in Football Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays returns to Wembley Stadium in March 2025 to offer an incredible professional development opportunity for women building careers in and around the football industry – on or off the pitch, in the men's game or women's.

Since its launch in 2022, the conference has already empowered hundreds of women with knowledge, insights and connections. And in March 2025 the event returns to Wembley Stadium for another day of incredible keynote speakers and expert panellists, as well as networking opportunities galore. 

After introduction and keynote sessions, the conference breaks off into panel sessions so you can choose the agenda items that suit your career path and background. Be Inspired has something for everyone – whether you’re new to the football industry or bringing a wealth of experience; a match official, media professional, marketer, manager or medic!

WIF Leadership Course in partnership with Barclays | Level 3–4

Women in Football and our lead partner Barclays believe in creating opportunities for women to develop careers in the football industry. Our Leadership Course offers the opportunity to develop your potential as an individual, enhance your personal skills and learn new ones in a positive, supportive environment. The courses are open to women who are already working, or aspire to work, in the football industry.

Start your leadership journey with a range of topics at levels 1 and 2 including self-discovery, boosting your confidence and effective leadership skills. Then at levels 3 and 4, follow up with leadership in practice, personal branding, getting board-ready and planning your future. At level 3 we also undertake a psychometric profile and a 40-minute personal profile session. A minimum of 2-3 years management experience is required for level 3-4. (Friendly reminder: You don't need to complete levels 1-2 of the Leadership Course to complete levels 3-4).

• Levels: 1–2 on Tuesday 8 April – Wednesday 9 April 2025

• Levels: 3–4 on Monday 31 March – Tuesday 1 April 2025
