It’s the football industry event where equality is centre stage – back for a third year!

Since its launch in 2022, the Women in Football Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays has already empowered hundreds of women with knowledge, insights and connections. And in March 2024 the event returns to Wembley Stadium for another two days of incredible keynote speakers and expert panellists, as well as networking opportunities galore. 

After each day’s introduction and keynote, the conference breaks off into panel sessions so you can choose the agenda items that suit your career path and background. Be Inspired has something for everyone – whether you’re new to the football industry or bringing a wealth of experience; a match official, media professional, marketer, manager or medic!

Past speakers, hosts and panellists have included Anita Asante, Clare Balding CBE, Jacqui Oatley MBE, Jill Scott MBE and Kelly Smith MBE. This year, we're delighted to have Emma Hayes OBE return as our closing keynote on day 1. We're also looking forward to welcoming Eni Aluko MBE, Sian Massey-Ellis MBE, Laura McAllister CBE, David Dein MBE, Nikki Doucet and many more inspirational women and allies to the stage.

How to attend

Virtual tickets are now available to buy. As in person tickets for Be Inspired 2024 sold out, and with a long wait list, we wanted to give more of our members the opportunity to experience the conference in real time and network with other delegates. Virtual tickets will bring you the majority of sessions from the main plenary, all broadcast live on the Be Inspired event app during both conference days. Because we're all about inclusion, our wonderful lead partner Barclays have funded 100 places for members who may otherwise not have been able to attend. We can't wait to welcome all of the bursary recipients at this year's event.
