WIF Leadership Programme | Level 1–4

Women in Football believe in creating opportunities for women to develop careers in the football industry. Our Leadership Programme offers the opportunity to develop your potential as an individual, enhance your personal skills and learn new ones in a positive, supportive environment. The courses are open to women who are already working, or aspire to work, in the football industry.

Start your leadership journey with a range of topics at levels 1 and 2 including self-discovery, boosting your confidence and effective leadership skills. Then at levels 3 and 4, follow up with leadership in practice, personal branding, getting board-ready and planning your future. At level 3 we also undertake a psychometric profile and a 40-minute personal profile session. A minimum of 2 years management experience is required for level 3 and 4. (Friendly reminder: You don't need to complete levels 1 and 2 of the programme to complete levels 3 and 4).

• Levels 1–2 on Monday 13 April – Tuesday 14 April 2026

• Levels 3–4 on Wednesday 15 April – Thursday 16 April 2026

• Where: Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford FC

• Pricing: Levels 1–2 £750 (inc. VAT)

• Pricing: Levels 3–4 £900 (inc. VAT)
