Women in Football and our lead partner Barclays believe in creating opportunities for women to develop careers in the football industry. Our new Leadership Courses offer the opportunity to develop your potential as an individual, enhance your personal skills and learn new ones in a positive, supportive environment. The courses are open to women who are already working, or aspire to work in the football industry.
Women in Football and Barclays also recognise there is significant work to be done to advance race equity in the football industry and we are committed to providing greater access to opportunities for women from backgrounds currently underrepresented in football. In support of this, we’ve teamed up with Barclays to provide a bursary place on each of our Leadership Courses for women from black, Asian, or other minority ethnic backgrounds that are currently underrepresented in our industry. To register your interest in applying for a bursary place, please reference 'Barclays bursary' in your course application.
